Returns + Exchanges

Ready-To-Wear

We hope that you love every item from our Peplum shop! Your joy in our pieces is of utmost importance. We understand however that sometimes items don't fit or workout as planned and therefore we will happily accept exchanges of Ready-to-Wear items in their original condition (not worn, washed or damaged) mailed back within 14 days of receiving your garment. Alternatively, you can return your item within 14 days for Peplum credit with a 15% restocking fee.

Made-to-Order

We will happily accept exchanges only of Made-to-Order items in their original condition (not worn, washed or damaged) mailed back within 14 days of receiving your garment. Please note: expected wait times for a new item are 4 - 5 weeks.  

Customized Items

Customized items that have been crafted just for you, are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

Return Shipping 

Please send us an email before mailing back any items, with your order number and note of return. We recommend you ship with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery of items. We will respond to your email with our return shipping address. 

Please keep the tracking number/shipping receipt for your records.

We do not cover return shipping expenses (to & from), and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If Items are lost in post we do not cover the losses.
